Customers at an Alaska grocery store were treated to an extraordinary sight as a young bear cub strolled in, taking an interest in the store's produce section.
Alaska State Troopers responded swiftly to the Trading Union IGA in Petersburg after receiving reports of a bear's presence inside the store.
Police body camera footage from Petersburg captures officers as they guide the cub through the assortment of fruits and vegetables.
With some strategic maneuvering, the officers managed to corner the inquisitive cub in the cart storage area. Using a dog-catching pole, they ensured the bear left the store and was safely transported into the back of a patrol vehicle.
