Authorities in England responded to several emergency calls regarding a peculiar traffic obstruction: a bathtub positioned in the center of the motorway.
West Mercia Police took to social media to inform the public that they had received "numerous 999 calls" concerning a bathtub obstructing the northbound lanes of the M5 highway in Droitwich.
Fortunately, there were no reported injuries, and the bathtub was successfully cleared from the road by personnel from National Highways.
In a lighthearted comment, the police expressed gratitude to those who reported the incident, playfully remarking, "Sorry if we had to drain your call."
